About me
Besides my professional experience, I also would like to tell you more about my personal journey. At the age of 33, I was diagnosed with breast cancer which came as a shock and predictably turned my life upside down. I learned to embrace this challenging situation which eventually brought more awareness, vitality and gratitude to my life. This vital energy is an inspiring and creative source helping me to be more present and to bring my visions to life.
A long-held wish came true in 2018 when I travelled through parts of South America over 6 months. Then I moved to London and lived and worked there for 2 years before I returned to Switzerland in April 2021.
On my journey of personal development, I got in touch with the buddhist wisdom of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh and learned more about his practice during a retreat at the meditation centre Plum Village in France. His philosophy, in particular mindfulness, living in the present moment, awareness and meditation has been part of my practice since then and are also embedded in my therapeutic client work.
In my free time I love spending time with friends and family, practicing Yoga and being outdoors hiking and mountain biking. I am also interested in philosophy, music and dance.
